Pricing

We work out a price with your shul

Congregations are not interchangeable. A hundred households with a part-time secretary and a thousand with a full office are different problems, and pricing them off the same shelf helps nobody. So we look at your situation and quote it.

What the price depends on

Four things, all of which we can establish in one conversation. Nothing here is a surprise you find out about later.

👥

How many households

The single biggest factor. A household is one record — a couple with three children is one, not five.

🌐

Whether we build your website

Connecting a site you already have is different work from designing and hosting a new one.

📥

The state of your data

A clean spreadsheet is a different migration from twenty years of a system nobody supports any more.

🎫

What you actually sell

Some shuls run ticketed events and High Holiday seating; others take pledges and membership and little else.

What it is never priced on

Not a percentage of what your members give. Not per member record, not per administrator, and not a separate invoice every time you want another login. A good year for your shul is not a reason for your software bill to go up.

Included, whatever we agree

These are not upsells and never will be. They are the things other systems charge extra for, or simply do not do.

📥

Your data brought across

We do the migration, reconcile it against your books and show you the numbers before go-live.

👥

Unlimited logins

Every member, every administrator, every gabbai. Charging per seat would defeat the point.

🔐

Two-factor and audit

Not an enterprise add-on. Security is not a tier.

📤

Your data, exportable

A full export whenever you ask, including if you leave. No hostage-taking.

🔄

Updates included

Everything we build lands in your portal at no extra charge.

📱

Works on a phone

Installable, mobile-first, no separate app to buy.

🕍

Sponsorships

Kiddush and Seuda booking and payment, from the office or the public site.

💬

Real support

You reach someone who knows both the software and how a shul office works.

Questions about cost

Why not just publish a price?
Because we would either have to pitch it high enough to cover the hardest shul, or quote low and start adding things back. Neither is honest. Tell us your size and what your office struggles with and you will have a real number quickly — usually in the first conversation.
Is there a setup fee?
Usually not — migration and configuration are normally part of what you are quoted. A congregation moving off a complicated legacy system may need a one-off migration fee, and if so we will quote it up front, before you commit, never afterwards.
Do you take a cut of donations?
No. Not of donations, pledges, sponsorships or ticket sales. Money your members give goes to your shul. The card processor charges its own fees directly, at rates you can compare openly, and those do not pass through us.
What if the website is all we want?
The website is only worth having because it is wired to the portal — a disconnected site is the problem, not the solution. We would rather talk you into a smaller arrangement that includes the portal than sell you a website that puts payments back into a spreadsheet.
Are we locked in?
Annual terms, cancellable at renewal, and you take a complete export of everything with you. We would rather earn the renewal than enforce a contract.
We are a small shul and money is genuinely tight.
Then say so, plainly, in the first email. We have real flexibility for small congregations and we would far rather have you on the platform at a number that works than not at all. That conversation is not awkward — please have it with us.

Tell us about your shul

Tell us roughly how many households you have and what your office struggles with. We will tell you honestly which plan fits — including if the answer is the cheapest one.
